Overview Edit

There are 71 distinct artists in the game (as of ver 1.001). Artists are the source of incomes for the company. They can join a record label, create an album and do concerts. Artists can also receive awards for their success. Awards received by artists allows the company managing them to become more famous and become bigger. A company can only manage at most 2 artists at a time.

Each artists have different max stats. Artist's stats mainly used in auditions for record labels. In general, artists with higher total stats and higher lowest stat will be more successful in auditions to join record labels.

Artist's max stats represent the max stat an artist can reach using trainings without an aura. This max stats didn't take into account the bonus boost from specialty. Artists can reach beyond their max stats if they're training with auras. Better auras increase the max stats cap higher. The best aura, Rainbow aura, allows stats to be trained up to 160% of their max stats. With the best specialty boost, stats can reach up to 320% of max values.

Artists also have limited time in their career. After a maximum of 11 years career, artists will retire. The longer an artist's career the higher chance that (s)he will retire suddenly. Artists may also retire earlier if they lose their motivation completely. Company may also choose to retire artists earlier. Retired artists may still join and help the company by becoming backup dancers and/or composers for the active artists.

Artists can gain motivation when winning awards. Artists also lose motivation every month. The longer their career, the more motivation they'll lose every month. Artists also regain some motivation when they succesfully join another labels.

New artists can be scouted/recruited whenever there's a vacant artist spot. Scouting methods will determine which artists you may found. More expensive methods have a better chance to find better artists.

Which artists can be found in a scouting/recruitment method depending on the method's rank. Only artists that have the same or lower rank can be found using that method. Some artists have special scouting requirements that must be fulfilled before they can be scouted. New scouting methods can be used when company ranks up.
