After unlocking the Lip-Sync feature in concerts, players can use a powerful exploit to significantly increase fan base of artists immediately after concerts:

Select Lip-Sync before organizing a concert.
Once fans notice that the artist lip-sync during the concert (regardless of their reactions), go straight to the Bookings menu of the artist and then select the Famous TV Station booking for an increase of almost 200 fans per use.
