Facilities can be build on empty lots at the club. Customers and Players that visited will provide income to the club and generate either Management Point or Practice Point. Furthermore if the facility is associated with a Sponsor, every visit will increase bond with the associated Sponsor.

For each unique (only one built in the club) facility, the club will get bonus fame. For each extra copies of then facility will then only give +1 fame to the club.
There's a minor bug that may happened if there's 2 same facilities are built and the one generated the Unique Fame bonus is removed. In this case, the remaining one will only give +1 fame bonus and further construction of the facility will also only give +1 fame.
To fix this, remove all copies of the facility and only build again after that. The 1st one built will regain the Unique Fame bonus.

Surrounding effects of the facility will only affect facilites that are directly built next to it (both left and/or right side). The bonus will not be given to facilites that are separated by pathways or roads.
