In this game, you open a small little game center / arcade. As you gain new regular customers, they level up and even compete with each other. You get to design your arcade, unlocking and placing new machines, which you can level up to strength their effects.

Bugs
- There is a bug when attempting to get your fourth star where it says mixers twice. What it should say is the built number of themed area.
Cheats
- You can discover new game machines by winning tournaments or making customers gain friends by holding mixers and events. More customers will visit if your fame is high.
- Try to make the high score challenge participants in Aura mode to win easily. The best way is to hold mixers involving the top 3 players (it's different for each game) and play "whack a mole" etc to boost their enthusiasm.
Trivia
- The Rank Up feature can also be found in Dungeon Village.
- Pocket Arcade Story is the 2nd game that uses the Rank Up icon, the other being Tennis Club Story.
