Honey Pumpkin, the owner of Pumpkin Products will stock a random sweet base set at 15:00. He will not stock any Rare! sets, nor will he stock any sets with the max limit on them (5). He stocks a specific predetermined set each time and will skip stocking anything if the limit for that set is full. In other words, it is not possible to guarantee that the set you want more of will restock faster by waiting until all the other sets are maxed out. Otherwise, it is unclear about the regularity in which Pumpkin will stock sets, but it appears to be every 2 months.
