Another option that you can do is ask for a refund. I believe Google does give refund up to several hours after purchase. Wait till the game got updated and see if it got fixed. But I think the problem is in your tablet. Your Advan is a low spec tablet that only has 512MB RAM and this game is a bit heavy on the memory consumption.
Did you try starting the game with internet on ? I think recent Kairosoft games do a scheduled internet check for security purposes.
On another note, I tried installing the game on my older device, Andromax I3, and it works just fine. I think it has the same spec with your friend's phone.
And probably not related at all, but Kairosoft games kinda built an anti-piracy security , they routinely checked if your games are legit by confirming it with play store and check your purchase. If you're using pirated app, can't help you there.
