Helpful Tip

• Higher Staff Attitude = Bigger Chance that the Staff Member has a Breakthrough while developing an Anime
• The Break Room and Job Lab stops to raise its Fee per Use at 500k
• The Kairosoft Statue gives you "Rare Metal" every 2-3 Months which sell for around 150k
• A staff member with high stats only needs 6 Production Points to have a breakthrough with an 80% chance
• While the new bodies/heads look neat, you don't seem to need more than one character to use for every anime. You seem to be able to raise your stats continually, and marketability goes through the stratosphere.
• Nothing beats quality: Having an utterly amazing staff making a masterpiece trumps just about anything. For this reason, I recomend on spending your cash/research points on upgrading your crew.
• Try and always have enough money to start another anime the second you finish the last one. Contracts kind of suck.
• The Spa gives +15 Stamina. This is an AMAZING bonus if you are using any of the early hires, since they have very low stamina.
• Save 800k for the 2nd building and 2M for the third. Gettng two extra people and 2-3 extra facilties is an incredible bonus.
• The "boosts" your staff offer to try aren't worth the cash you spend or the loss of points. Only use them late game and I still usually reduce the research to 1.
• If you see any of your staff have a breakthrough, save. If the breakthrough fails, restart the game and try again. Thanks Kairosoft!
